The story behind Take Me Away began when I experienced my first cruise with my family aboard the Norwegian Breakaway at 29 years old.
As we traveled across the ocean toward Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Barbados, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, and St. Lucia, I discovered something I had never experienced before.

Care Instructions
1. Trim The Wick: Before lighting, always trim the wick 1/4 of an inch using scissors or a wick trimmer for a cleaner burn and increased candle lifespan.
2. Let It Burn: Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar. This is important especially in the first burn. This prevents tunneling.
3. Practice Safety: Do not leave a candle unattended nor burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
4. Never Burn A Candle When 1/4 Inch Of Wax Remains: Lighting a candle without enough wax can overheat the jar.
5. You Can Reuse It: Once the candle is finished, clean out the jar. Our candle tins can be used as a planter, a pencil holder or anyhting else you would like to use it for.
